Charming clean place with a french vibe to it. Nice friendly staff. Great location in the old city. Easy to get to with the tram from the train station. Try to get a room with a balcony .

The breakfast is great with baguettes, cornflakes, grapefruit, had everything you could imagine.

The atmosphere was unsettling, with peeling wallpaper and questionable safety issues everywhere. It's astonishing that the staff didn't even offer me an upgrade for my troubles, really. Even the hair dryer looked like it had survived the Titanic. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but how could i, really?

Very friendly staff and big en suite bathrooms

Old room walls and painting not so well maintain, old building, location was good as it was close to old Nice, not too far from the seaside close to bus connections or trams..restaurants , cafees and supermarket nearby, but it gets very loud at night outside.

The food offer is fresh.

Don't miss the rooftop terrace. It's perfect for unwinding with fine views after a day of exploring the charming streets.

Charming small hotel very centrally located to the Old Town in Nice and also walking distance to the Flower Market. The airport bus (4 Euro one way) is just a 3 minute walk away. Small rooms, narrow hallways, friendly staff.

good location close to tram stop (4 stops away from train station Nice Ville) and 5 min walk from the sea and restaurant area, friendly staff

no lift - you should carry the luggage up the steep staircase by yourself(in my case it was 4th floor), poor breakfast, noisy, shabby

Cute clean room with big bathroom, small balcony and airconditioning. Good location in the old town, near to the tram stop but also not far from the City centre by foot. Windows were suprisingly soundproofed for the noise of the city and traffic outside. Friendly staff.Nice, modest breakfast available.

Mattress was little bit uncomfortably hard. The stairway was narrow and therefore with heavy luggage elevator would have been desired. 15 min walk to the beach area. Breakfast perhaps not quite worth the current expence.

Charming hotel in a vibrant location. The rooftop terrace offers fine views of the old town. Staff were helpful, especially Barbara, who went out of her way to. Breakfast had good quality items, although sometimes it was a bit crowded. The only downside was the small shower. Would gladly return for the unique experience and friendly atmosphere.

Very narrow stairways charm

Location in the old city was perfect for me. Although the room was dated it had everything I required and the bathroom was immaculately clean. Excellent wi-fi connection
