Charming hotel in a vibrant location. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the old town, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially Barbara, who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Breakfast had good quality items, although sometimes it was a bit crowded. The only downside was the small shower, which felt a bit cramped. The lack of an elevator meant a lot of stair climbing, but it added to the authentic ambiance of the hotel. Would gladly return for the unique experience and friendly atmosphere.

Additionally, the room felt cramped and showcased worn-down furniture and fixtures, including old wooden doors that didn’t function properly. It had a carpet that looked stained and likely hadn’t been cleaned in ages, while the bathroom lacked proper ventilation and was quite small. Some technical issues, like a faulty TV and unreliable Wi-Fi, compounded the annoyances, although the overall stay turned out fine.

so the narrow staircase is kinda tricky for heavy bags but the roof terrace was awesome for chilling after a day out. felt comfy in the bed and the staff was super helpful when i lost my wallet. loved the decor too.
